POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the operations of the company and will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including:
- Balance and review daily production of management reports with operation managers to ensure entry is complete and accurate
- Invoice customer sales and material pick-up sales
- Administrative support back up
- Answer phones, filing, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
This is a full-time seasonal position, working March through December.

Position Requirements
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with computerized accounting software is preferred.
