POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Mechanic/Lube Technician to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required.
The Mechanic/Lube Technician position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform lube oil changes on mobile equipment
- Analyze malfunctions and repairs
- Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred
- Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to listen and take direction
- Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
